Bachelor’s degree required, Master's preferred. Must have one-year experience in the field of Aquatics. Required certifications include Lifeguarding, LGI, WSI and CPR Instructor. Must hold a CPO (certified pool operator) that is current a certification or be willing to obtain certification within 6 months of hire. Must be flexible and available to work nights and weekends, as needed. Must have valid driver’s license.

The UTC Campus Recreation Department is a student oriented and student lead organization that is a part of the UTC Student Development division of The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. Its only mission is to serve the students, faculty and staff of this University in all their recreation needs. The department will use recreation as a tool to develop our students physically, socially, and me...ntally into more productive and capable citizens.
To accomplish this mission, the UTC Campus Recreation Department will use five major programs to reach our students.
