Assist Program Manager in maintaining registration platform used for trip and clinic General Statement: This position reports to the Outdoor Program Manager and manages approximately 10-15 student staff. Primary responsibilities are management and oversight of an extensive outdoor equipment rental program. This includes equipment logistics for over 60 trips and events annually and a fleet of vehicles and trailers used by the outdoor program. Other duties include staff development, inventory management, and outdoor leadership and instruction. In addition to reporting to the Outdoor Program Manager, this individual will work collaboratively on a three person team of full time outdoor professionals. Applicants will be expected to have a high level of professionalism, both in an office and as an outdoor leader in the field. Candidates should have a variety of demonstrated and documented outdoor skills. Hours of work will include some evenings, weekends and holidays.
