Berry College Department of Recreation invites applications and nominations for an Intramural Sports Graduate Assistantship. The Intramural Sports Graduate Assistant will be primarily responsible for the management and implementation of the intramural sports program including, but not limited to, executing a diverse intramural sports schedule, training and supervising an intramural student staff team, providing customer service and game management, and insuring proper maintenance and inventory of sports equipment. This position is a two-year commitment starting August 13, 2018 – May 3, 2020.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION: Bachelor’s Degree required. Ability to meet admission standards into Berry College’s Masters of Business Administration Program. Demonstrated knowledge and experience working in a campus recreation intramural sports program.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATION: Bachelor’s Degree in recreation, sports management or related. Demonstrated ability to train student officials. An active NIRSA member. Career aspirations in recreational sports.

Additional Salary Information: The Intramural Sports Graduate Assistantship position is a two-year commitment with an $8,000.00 stipend per academic year and full tuition waiver. Additional summer employment available.
