Reporting to the Associate Director of Programs, manage a comprehensive program of fitness activities, instruction, and education. Responsibilities include the development, administration, fiscal accountability, marketing and daily programming of fitness classes, personal training program, and wellness programs; supervisory leadership is provided to approximately 10 part time (PT) student workers, 10 PT aerobic instructors, one PT program coordinator, and one PT intern.
No experience required. One year full time experience in a University Campus Recreation Fitness Program preferred. Master’s degree in recreation management preferred.

Bachelor’s degree in exercise science or a related field required. ACSM, IDEA, ACE, NASM or a national accredited fitness certification, CPR/First Aid/AED required.
