The successful candidate for this position must have:
Demonstrated experience in facility management
Demonstrated expertise in fitness center operations and fitness equipment
Exceptional relationship building skills with a wide variety of constituents
Previous supervisor experience
A Bachelor’s degree in Human Performance, Kinesiology, Business or related field and 3 years of relevant work is required. A Master’s degree and 5 years of relevant work are preferred. Demonstrated Christian faith is required.
