The University of Tennessee Recreational Sports Department has openings for incoming graduate students who want to join our professional team. Candidates must have experience in the administration of a Recreational Sports program in a university recreation setting; demonstrated programming, organizational and management skills; strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential as is the ability to work independently.
Graduate Assistant position openings are still available in the following areas for the July 2018 - June 2019 period, “at will” position, renewable with option for 2nd year. A stipend of $1,300/month, $15,600/year with tuition waiver provided (in or out of state), plus Student Health Insurance.
