The Intramural/Sport Club Graduate Assistant for Campus Recreation will responsible for all aspects of Intramural programming. The Graduate Assistant will have full administrative responsibilities in managing a comprehensive IM sports program. This staff member will also assist with Sport Club administration. Graduate Assistants are considered valuable assets to the program and are treated like professional staff.
Specific duties include:
1.Hiring, training and evaluating intramural staff including supervisors and officials.
2.Scheduling of all intramural events and personnel.
3.Marketing of IM events.
4.Conducting Captain’s meetings and regular student staff meetings.
5.Providing input and feedback on policy and procedures.
6.Assistance with Sport Club administration.
7.Maintaining regular office hours each week.
8.Other duties as assigned.
