Graduate Supervisor of Fitness & Wellness will perform a variety of duties to support the Marshall Recreation Center’s comprehensive fitness and wellness program. Responsibilities include but are not limited to training, scheduling, evaluating, and hiring of fitness and wellness staff as well as assisting in program development and implementation. This individual must have a high entrepreneurial spirit and enthusiasm for the fitness industry. This individual will be a vital part of recruiting new participants and staff in an effort to grow the Fitness and Wellness Programs and ensure that all participants are meeting their healthy lifestyle goals in a fun, safe, and challenging environment.
Compensation: $11.99/hour (up to 30hrs. per week) & Full Tuition Benefit

Knowledge of standard practices in recreational sports
Ability to thrive in an environment that values high expectations, accountability, and balanced lifestyles.
Training and Certifications Required:
Valid CPR/AED Professional Rescuer & First Aid prior to first day of work; or willing to obtain.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
Knowledge of Spectrum CSI software.

Human Relations: Internal contacts include staff at all levels. External contacts include external customers and vendors. Contact involves troubleshooting, informing, exchanging information, negotiating, making recommendations, and giving information or instructions.
