General responsibilities are to manage the daily operations of the youth gymnastics program and assist in the event administration of the club sport program. Typically a 2 year appointment.
Assist with the recruiting, hiring, scheduling, training and evaluation of the youth gymnastics instructors.
Revise youth program manual to reflect budget, policies, and operations of the program.
Conduct program participant evaluation system and customer service surveys.
Expand web site, social media, and other communication networks with parents and potential participants.
Assist with youth program administrative responsibilities including, but not limited to: budget preparation, program development, marketing, inventory, research/benchmarking, and equipment maintenance.
Provide event coverage for club sport home events on rotating basis with the Assistant Director of Club Sports.
Supervise Sawyer Gym facility and equipment and provide on call coverage when not present.
Provide support for Miami Recreation Living Learning Community including administrative tasks and teaching.
Remain current in CPR, FA & BBP and is knowledgeable in all emergency procedures.
Follow all staff general requirements, attendance of mandatory meetings, and completion of quarterly reports.
Perform duties with limited supervision and is responsible for making significant independent decisions.

U101 Safety & Risk Management Course from USA Gymnastics or certification within the first 30 days of employment
Current CPR and first aid or certification within the first 30 days of employment
