As Assistant Director, Aquatics Education & Programs, you will work collaboratively with, and report to, the Associate Director, Aquatics to develop, oversee, and administer all aspects of a comprehensive and progressive aquatic programs and certification services including personnel and fiscal management, inventory control, program development and promotion. Assist in the preparations and management of aquatic and recreation events. Develop and cultivate relationships with campus and non-campus constituents. Gain understanding of trends and issues in the field and incorporate into our program as necessary.
