Coordinates the development, administration, and implementation of aquatic and certification programs; develops and implements marketing and promotional materials; recruits, hires, trains, supervises, and evaluates a large and diverse student staff; maintains program budgets, policies, records, and certifications as required by university, local, state and national agencies; identifies potential revenue generating programs; and works on other departmental, Division and University initiatives.
