Develop a comprehensive intramural sport program including leagues, weekend tournaments and special events. Provide training and development program for student officials and supervisors. Implement creative intramural marketing plan. Oversee all aspects of the sport club program. Develop and design a student leadership program for the sport club leaders.
This position should have officiating experience, outstanding organization, knowledge of college-aged student identity development theory and application and at least one year experience programming sport programs. The ideal candidate has excellent organization and communication skills and a working knowledge of several sports and league rules to help sport programs experience continued growth.
Master’s degree. Bachelor’s degree with significant equivalent experience may also be considered. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions.
