The Division of Recreational Sports is looking for highly innovative, passionate, motivated, energetic, and team-oriented people who will work hard to inspire campus to PLAY HARD. GET FIT. LIVE WELL. Plan and produce video and photo content for Rec Sports general promotions, presentations, website, mobile app, social media, digital display signage, blog, etc.
Manage the distribution of digital media content across various channels, including fitness equipment monitors, digital display signage, mobile application, etc.
Recruit, hire, train, supervise, and evaluate student videographers, photographers, digital content editors, and asset managers
A Bachelor's Degree in Video Production, Interactive and Digital Media, Journalism, or a related field is preferred. Participant should offer superior communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and organization skills; an extensive portfolio of videography and photography projects; experience leading and managing a part-time staff; and demonstrated creative initiative.
