The Senior Program Coordinator of Campus Recreation Business Administration leads the Department of Campus Recreations in all aspects of the employment experience for full time, student and hourly operational staff such as Lifeguards, Fitness Instructors, Informal Recreation Attendants, and Member Services Attendants. This position will lead an important initiative to develop a consistent and meaningful employment experience that is focused on departmental education, professional development, and cohesion. This position also manages several critical aspects of our Member Management Software and financial operations, including data entry, analysis, and reporting.
Bachelor’s degree and one year of directly related work experience or high school diploma/equivalent and five years of directly related work experience.
