Minimum Knowledge and Experience Bachelor’s degree or higher plus four years of experience in student development or academic advisement and at least one year working in the coordination of special services/activities for a special student population or Associate’s degree plus six years of experience in student development and/or academic advisement and at least one year working in the coordination of special services/activities for a special student population.
