The Senior Program Coordinator of Campus Recreation Business Administration leads the Department of Campus Recreations in all aspects of the employment experience for full time, student and hourly operational staff such as Lifeguards, Fitness Instructors, Informal Recreation Attendants, and Member Services Attendants. This position will lead an important initiative to develop a consistent and meaningful employment experience that is focused on departmental education, professional development, and cohesion. This position also manages several critical aspects of our Member Management Software and financial operations, including data entry, analysis, and reporting.
Ability to work proficiently with a variety of software applications including MS Office, Member Management Software, and several online systems used for hiring, payroll, and financial processes
Ability to analyze data and generate reports
Ability to multi-task, self-direct and prioritize work assignments
Ability to maintain confidentiality in all work performed
Ability to interact professionally with a variety of stakeholders using excellent interpersonal skills
