Pacific Quest Recruitment Team
Bachelor’s degree preferably in Psychology, Farming/Agro ecology or Outdoor Education/Leadership
Experience with “at-risk” youth or within wilderness therapy is a huge plus
Requires ability to be a team player, to form mutually respectful relationship with staff and to grow professionally in meeting the challenges of the position
Must be 21 years or older
Valid CPR/First Aid certifications
Valid driver’s license with clean record
Able to pass thorough background check
Able to pass drug screen
Provide physician clearance to meet the physical requirements of this position
Annual physical and TB clearance required
