The Director of Coors Fitness Center Membership is responsible for managing the overall operations of the Coors Fitness Center, with particular focus on membership sales and retention. Additional responsibilities include facility equipment and operations, membership programming, and providing an outstanding member and guest experience.
Personnel Management - Directly supervises Customer Service Manager (1) and indirectly part-time staff (60).

4-8 years’ experience managing recruitment/retention of members at a gym, fitness center, and/or recreation center, or membership sales at a related organization
CPR; First Aid; AED; Blood Borne Pathogen Instructor
Systems Knowledge in RecTrac, EBMS, WebTrac,
Fitness Center Management
Experience Personal Training, Group Fitness and Lifeguard certifications
