Position Summary The Senior Coordinator for Outdoor Adventure is responsible for providing quality leadership activities through outdoor adventure programming at the Eastland Lakes Team and Leadership Retreat Center and Challenge Course as well as off-campus trips. This candidate would help enhance the quality of services to students and guests who desire to learn various skills related to outdoor adventure activities. Responsibilities will include:
Strong leadership and communication skills
Prior supervisory experience
Excellent processing skills
Strong marketing and organizational skills
A Master's degree, certifications in CPR/AED and Wilderness First Aid, and three years of relevant work experience is required. A Master's degree in Recreation, Leisure Services, or Business Management/Marking and five years of relevant work experience are preferred. Preferred certifications are Level 1 ACCT, Level 2 ACCT, Wilderness First Responder, Leave No Trace Trainer or Leave No Trace Master Educator, and Climbing Wall Instructor.
