Garrett College invites applications for a full-time Assistant Director of Aquatics and Facilities for the Community Aquatic and Recreation Complex (CARC).
This position is responsible for providing, administering, and managing quality aquatic programs and services and the aquatic portion of the Community Aquatic and Recreation Complex (CARC). The position is also responsible for planning, directing, managing and overseeing the program operations of the Community Aquatic and Recreation Complex (CARC) including the development and implementation of dynamic events for the campus of Garrett College. This position will serve as the lead administrator of the CARC when the Director is absent.
Outstanding benefits package is available shortly upon hire. Paid time off is offered after successful completion of the ninety-day (90-day) provisional period.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in recreation or related field and five (5) years’ progressive experience in managerial and supervisory position in a recreational setting.
