Outdoor Program Coordinator (17362)- This position oversees and operates the climbing gym and Outdoor Program rental center, a component of the Outdoor Program in the Department of Recreation Services. The purpose of the Outdoor Program is to provide opportunities for physical and social interaction, student development, student employment, safe-risk taking, skill development, environmental awareness, and ultimately a healthier university community.
Guest Services Coordinator (17360)- This position provides assistance to the Guest Services Manager with leadership, vision, and supervision of daily operations and management of Guest Services. The Coordinator is responsible for personnel management of approximately 50 student employees. This is a year-round, full time professional exempt position responsible for Fusion point of sale, locker room services, lost and found operations and equipment check-out. The Coordinator works collaboratively with other areas of the department, the Division of Student Affairs, and throughout the University to enhance Guest Services operations.
Team Sports Coordinator (17356)- This position is responsible for assisting the Senior Assistant Director and Assistant Director of Team Sports in managing and operating the Sports Club and Intramural Program in the Department of Recreation Services at the University of Colorado Boulder. General duties include overseeing the daily operations of this large and complex team sports program.
This position has oversight of student supervisors, officials, coaches, schedules, practice times, fields, facilities, equipment and risk management. This position will manage all facets of multiple sports clubs and multiple intramural sports throughout the year. Though this position will work with both sports clubs and intramural sports, it will have a heavier intramural sport workload.
Events & Facility Operations Coordinator (17359)- This position provides leadership, direction, and coordination of daily facility operations, event management, and student staff supervision within the Department of Recreation Services. This is a full time, professional exempt position supervising building and event operations for the main and Williams Village Recreation Centers, student employees for event operations and Williams Village weight room staff. The Coordinator provides oversight of special events for departments, campus groups, summer camps, and unaffiliated organizations which entails set-up and strike. In collaboration with all areas of the department, the division of Student Affairs, and the CU community, they work to enhance equipment, facilities, and events.
