Job Summary: To provide integrated and comprehensive fitness and wellness programs and services to a diverse campus community. Committed to fostering active, healthy lifestyles; promoting personal growth and development. To provide effective excellence and innovation in programs offered, services and facilities, and treat all customers with integrity, dignity and worth. Assists the Director in development and implementation of comprehensive fitness programs and the completion of program functions. Primary administrator responsible for the planning, implementation, and supervision of the Non-Credit Fitness Classes Program, all fitness, health and wellness activities, and the RFC marketing.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in physical education, sports management or related field 2+ years of professional experience in a fitness/recreational sports setting Demonstrated skills in facility management Demonstrated success in program development, training and supervision Demonstrated success in the development and implementation of fitness programs to a culturally diverse population Proven ability to work effectively in a diverse university, community and/or athletic department environment CPR and First Aid certification required
