Recreation Services has an opening for a Facilities/Aquatics Coordinator, who will provide personnel management and supervision to student employees working in the Facility Operations area. This includes four multi-purpose recreation facilities and two pools. Primary duties include: all aspects of student personnel management and daily program management as it relates to personnel administration. This position also assists with budget administration and fiscal accountability, inventory control, payroll administration, and general departmental support and assistance as assigned. This position requires the ability to work independently. Training, scheduling and event operations require occasional work on evenings, weekends and holidays, and service in an “on-call” status.

Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of related experience; OR a Master’s degree; OR a combination of education and/or related experience totaling 6 years unless otherwise specified under supplemental required education and experience. Experience must be at a comparable level and directly related to the duties of this position.
Preferred Education and Experience:
Master’s Degree in Educational Administration, Recreation, Sports Management, Higher Education, Student Personnel Services or related field.
Additional years of experience working in collegiate recreation facilities and programs.
Experience supervising and training student employees in facility operations.
CPR/AED-PR and First Aid Instructor Experience.
