As a Territory Sales Representative you will be responsible for prospecting, developing relationships and selling to education (athletic & recreational), corporate, hospitality accounts and club markets.
What are you responsible for as a Territory Sales Representative at Life Fitness?
Managing defined customer and lead bases to achieve sales goals and objectives; successfully selling and coordinating installation of Life Fitness products and services to key club accounts
Cultivating and maintaining business relationship with key club accounts, educational institutions, corporations, and hospitality accounts.
Developing and maintaining in-depth knowledge of products, services, competitors, and company-wide marketing plans, strategies, programs, and promotions
Managing assigned budget and maintain and submit all required sales and expense records and reports including but not limited to: weekly expense reports, open action listings (online), forecasts, and monthly travel calendar
Developing and implementing a professional development plan: targeting development of key customers, meeting established sales quotas, setting personal development goals of promotion and salary attainment
Attending scheduled sales meetings and conferences
What are we looking for in you?
A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent sales training and experience
Passion for fitness and a connection to our product
Previous sales experience in a B2B setting strongly preferred; an appreciation for building relationships, active listening and consultative selling
Tech-savvy with a proven ability to learn and leverage systems
A desire to learn, a strong intellectual curiosity, and an infectious positive attitude
An ability to cultivate strong relationships with customers and colleagues
Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to interface and connect at all levels of an organization
An ability to solve challenges
Telecommuting is allowed.
