Siena College, a NCAA Division I institution and member of the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference, is seeking a full-time Intramural Coordinator. This is a full-time, 10 month position with benefits. Responsibilities include the coordination of the athletic department’s intramural and recreational activities. Duties include, but are not limited to, developing and maintaining intramural programs, program marketing, hiring and supervising part-time student staff, event supervision, as well as summer camp coordination. Knowledge of NIRSA rules and regulations along with weekend/night availability is required.
Qualifications: minimum of a bachelor’s degree and at least one year of relevant experience required. Previous experience in the recreation field desired. Knowledge of NIRSA rules and regulations along with weekend/night availability is required. Candidates must possess a valid driver’s license and insurability at the time of appointment and must maintain such license and insurability throughout the tenure of employment. A background screening will be required.
