Under the supervision of the Assistant Director for Membership Services, coordinates daily operations of the membership services office, including customer service support and direct supervision of part-time Membership Representatives. Utilizes Innosoft Fusion-the department's sales software system to maintain member records, authorize agreement billing, and process department cancellation and refund requests. This position works closely with all members of the department and provides customer service support to members of the Penn Community.
Maintain daily operations related to registration/access, program registration, addressing customer concerns, & information requests.
Assist in the development and implementation of policies/procedures related to the membership services office.
Conduct financial operations related to the reconciliation of the department's merchant account, cash handling, agreement billing authorization, and cancellation/refund processing and tracking.
Serve as a departmental expert and lead instructor for end-user usage of Innosoft Fusion Software.
Work with all functional areas to identify in-house training opportunities and develop quality control guidelines.
Serve as primary point of contact for functional areas in building and maintaining offerings.
Supervise part-time membership representatives.
Interview, hire, train, schedule, and provide ongoing support to, part-time Membership Representatives.
Work with Operations team to troubleshoot, and streamline access points at Fox/Pottruck.
Coordinate and execute annual locker clean out and renewal procedures with Operations team.

Bachelor's Degree (preferred) and 1 to 2 years relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience with point of sale software (ex. Innosoft Fusion) is also preferred.
