Reporting to the Head Coach of Women's Ice Hockey, the responsibilities of the Coordinator of Hockey Operations include, but are not limited to the following:
Video breakdown of games and practices
Oversee filming and video, including capture of practices and end of the year highlight video
Data entry into recruiting database
Create and send out recruiting mailers for targeted recruits
Plan and organize on-campus visits
Schedule and coordinate Friends Events
Assist with Alumni Newsletter
Schedule/coordinate all travel with business operations, including hotel bookings.
Coordinate reports and reconciliation of travel expenses with business operations
Perform all administrative needs of the women's ice hockey office
Must attend practices
Must travel with the team to away games and assist with game-day recruiting at home games
Other duties as assigned
High school or equivalent, but Bachelor's Degree preferred.
High level of ice hockey knowledge
Video software experience.
Excellent organizational, written and oral communications skills
Excellent computer skills
Must have good interpersonal skills
Must have ability to multi-task
