enerG wellness is seeking a highly organized sales development representative to join our corporate team in Baltimore, MD. The sales development rep plays a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be extremely comfortable and professional while making multiple calls per day, working with our vendor partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales. enerG wellness designs, equips and maintains on-site fitness amenities in the athletics, education, hospitality, multifamily and corporate markets.
The main duties of the Inside Sales Representative are as followed:
Identify and understand customer needs and requirements
Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales representatives for further development and closure
Maintain the company sales database in Connectwise by adding client and equipment information
Close sales and achieve quarterly goals
Update Sales Reps weekly on the status of their orders
Assist in the order placing processes to ensure all information is correct and complete.
After orders are delivered, verify client information and equipment serial numbers
The ideal candidate possesses the following skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Experience working with a CRM is a plus
Strong phone presence and customer service skills
