The mission of Campus Recreation is to enhance the quality of life of our unique members by educating and encouraging the active participation in recreational opportunities that develop leadership skills, foster social interaction and reinforce healthy behaviors.
The Fitness Program encompasses Group Fitness and Personal Training. The Fitness program provides a comprehensive schedule of group fitness classes, custom class programs and individual, partner and small group personal training for students, faculty/staff, and other members. Participants have an opportunity to experience over 60 different classes weekly taught by student instructors. The energy-packed, diverse Group Fitness program gives participants the opportunity to achieve their fitness goals. Personal Trainers work closely with clients to provide safe and efficient workouts with innovative ways to improve client's health while helping them achieve their fitness goals. Additional Salary Information: $1365/month for 9 1/2 months, plus 12-month tuition fellowship for in-state and out-of-state students. Student is required to pay student fees.
