You will have the opportunity to:
Oversee the administration and management of Campus Recreation’s Fitness Program. This includes but is not limited to: program development, staff hiring, training, and supervision of student and part-time employees, education delivery to students, staff, and Rec Center members. Major programming responsibilities include group exercise, personal training, special events, and educational workshops for students, staff, and Rec Center members.
The breakdown of the position duties:
40% staff supervision, staff development
35% program development and management
10% risk management
10% fiscal management
5% department leadership and support
