Supervision and technical training of approximately 90-100 part-time building employees, 2 interns, and event management coordinator. Development and execution of employee development program. Supervise locker room operations and services, including equipment check out, towel management, and locker reassignment and clearance. Assist with the development and implementation of department operating procedures, building policies, and procedures. Assumes temporary responsibility for daily operations of the Customer Service Center and Scheduling Office in the absence of the supervisor Youth Camp Supervisor Job #16648 Manage the daily operations for youth camp programs and activities. Supervise Rec Program Leaders, Instructors, Camp Leads, and part-time contract staff at multiple locations. Analyze and resolve problems, and determine appropriate action. Oversees implementation and monitoring of budget, inventory, and other resources. Assists with unit collaboration and support key partnerships for revenue generation.
