The Coordinator for Sport Programs will manage a comprehensive intramural sports and sport club program for the Department of Recreational Sports: oversee hiring, training, scheduling, supervising, coaching, and evaluation processes for all intramural sports and sport club programs and assist with budget development; serve as a liaison to sport clubs, provide leadership, and mentor the sport club council and club officers; and coordinate select team sports, special events, and extramural events.
Coordinator for Facility Operations

Assist with managing the day-to-day operations of Recreational Sports facilities and outdoor activity spaces; assess facility needs, generate reports, gather data, and make informed recommendations for improvement of recreational facilities and services; recruit, hire, schedule, train, supervise, coach, and evaluate one full-time program specialist and 100 plus facility operations student employees, to include: programs assistants, interns, supervisors, and entry-level associates; provide oversight and leadership for facility requests and event services for Recreational Sports facilities; and assist with equipment planning, purchasing, and inventory for a comprehensive Recreational Sports program
Coordinator for Aquatics & Risk Management

Manage the day-to-day operations and scheduling of aquatic facilities and make recommendations for the aquatics and risk management budgets; plan, schedule, and facilitate Swimming and Water Safety Instructor, Lifeguarding, and First Aid/CPR/AED training, certifications, and lessons; and assist in the hiring, training, scheduling, supervising, and evaluating processes for risk management and aquatics staff.
