Responsible for the leadership, supervision and day-to-day operations of sports programing which include: Esports, Intramural Sports, Club Sports, Special Events and Community Partnerships. Responsible for direct management and programming of intramural sports and club sports and serves as the Managing Director of Competitive Gaming program.
Bachelor's degree. At least five years of increasingly responsible experience in a recreation setting. Supervisory experience. Experience in leading, coordinating and managing recreation sports programs and services which includes sports officiating. Ability to foster and promote an integrative team approach to student programming. Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively with other university and external operations. Ability to perform the essential functions and requirements of the job.
