The Facility Operations Coordinator is responsible for customer service initiatives for student and professional staff (training, implementation) at the GVSU Recreation Center. This position is responsible for hiring, training, supervision, and evaluation of recreation center student staff, student building supervisors, and the recreation center/fieldhouse graduate assistant.
Responsibilities – Essential Functions:
Responsible for customer service initiatives for student and professional staff (training, implementation)
Continual updates of staff training manuals, staff audits, and departmental policy and procedure manuals
Oversee the operations of the Customer Service Desks of the Recreation Center
Hiring, Training, Supervision, and Evaluation of Recreation Center Student Staff, Student Building Supervisors, and Recreation Center/Fieldhouse Graduate Assistant
