Coordinator Employee Wellness
The Department of Wellness is looking for candidates who are interesting in working with employees on campus.  Reporting to the Assistant Director of Employee Wellness, the Employee Wellness Coordinator will plan, implement, and evaluate theory-and evidence-based programs and services targeting Oklahoma State University employees. Develop, implement, and analyze periodic employee wellness surveys that (1) provide baseline and follow-up data, (2) identify program needs and priorities, (3) evaluate the effectiveness of programs and services, and (4) track trends in employee health status and behavior. Assist the Asst. Director with all aspects of the employee wellness programs including marketing, recruitment, training and the supervision of student interns and student workers.
