Under the general supervision of the Associate Director of Programs the Coordinator of Outdoor Adventure provides leadership for a dynamic and comprehensive Outdoor Adventure program which includes an indoor climbing wall program, outdoor trips and clinics, and the Outdoor Adventure Center offering rentals and a bike shop. The coordinator actively creates learning environments that empower student employees to create safe, inclusive and accessible recreational opportunities. The primary purpose of this position is to directly interact with students and enhance their academic learning experience outside of the classroom setting. The position coordinates all outdoor programs and equipment, staff scheduling, staff learning outcomes and assessment and evaluation of the Outdoor Adventures program. Evening, weekend and holiday work is required.

• Bachelors degree 
• Demonstrated experience in leading groups within outdoor sports
