Here's a summary of responsibilities: Manage the efficient and effective operation of the Aquatics Center and Aquatics Department.  Oversee the Aquatics team responsible for the day-to-day operation of the bodies of water at the CSOPTC: indoor pool, outdoor pool, and Sport Medicine hot and cold plunges. Manage departmental budget. Coordinate all safety trainings and certifications for Aquatics team members, as well as all policy and implementation for Aquatics department. Manage all customers (community, short term and resident programs, and staff) with credentialed facility access.
