ULEAD is a nonprofit organization that provides inclusive and dynamic experiential leadership development and teambuilding programs across Indiana and the Midwest. And we are looking for a Program Facilitator to add to our team. This position offers the fun, challenging, and exciting opportunity to facilitate dynamic and inclusive experiential training with educators, youth workers, and students. The Program Facilitator works closely with ULEAD’s Program Architect and facilitation team to create and deliver training experiences with Schools, Boys & Girls Clubs, YMCA’s, and other youth-serving organizations across Indiana and the Midwest.
Deliver educator and youth worker lunch & learns, virtual & in-person workshops, trainings, programs, and retreats locally and across Indiana and the Midwest on topics including (but not limited to): Leadership, Team Building, Team Engagement, Goal Setting, etc.
Co-facilitate with other ULEAD facilitators as needed and/or when available for all ULEAD client programs
Speak at conferences and events to promote ULEAD’s voice and increase the educational impact of the organization for target markets
Professional Development for Educators and Youth Workers
Work with team of facilitators to develop and implement practiced-based experiential educational processes, assessment tools, and follow-up resources for educator & youth worker professional development trainings
Write proposals for current and potential clients
Engage in research & writing to support and develop program logic models and curriculum design
Work closely with Program Architect and facilitator team to deliver trainings based on annual catalog of programs
Maintain client files and systems as assigned within scope of job role
Provide excellent customer service to portfolio of clients as assigned.

The Experiential Program Facilitator is an exempt position that normally requires 40 hours weekly, but that may require additional time as tasks demand. The position requires travel that includes working beyond the normal 8hr workday and also may include overnight stays.
Skills and Qualifications:

Strong public speaking, training, and leadership skills
A strong commitment to the mission, vision, goals and objectives of organization
Bachelor degree preferred in education, psychology, social work, youth work, or related field
A minimum of three to five years of experience in youth work and/or transferable skills
A passion for helping both youth and adults to become spiritually grounded, ethically sound, and committed servant leaders
An acceptable criminal background check
Must live or move within 30-mile radius of Goshen, Indiana
Flexible schedule that includes the ability to travel up to 6hr radius of Goshen
Maturity and ability to work unsupervised and as a team member
Strong written and oral communications skills
Authenticity, humility, and a commitment to being a consummate learner
