The Member Services Coordinator provides leadership, vision, and supervision of three comprehensive membership and customer service areas comprised of the Student Recreation Service Center, Check In Desk, and Equipment Desk. The Coordinator is solely responsible for personnel management, training, and scheduling for an average of 44 student staff who work as a team to operate the Student Recreation Center Service Center, Check In Desk, and Equipment Desk with responsibilities that include monetary transactions, conflict resolution, customer service delivery and recovery, and emergency response during the 116+ hours of Student Recreation Center weekly operations.
