Assistant Director, Facility Operations and Member Services
The Assistant Director, Facility Operations and Member Services is responsible for managing daily operations of the Leonard J. Kaplan Center for Wellness, developing policies and procedures for staff and patrons, facilitating training and development opportunities, and plays an essential role in risk management and safety education across the department.  The Assistant Director directs all needs for facility operations and member services, including staffing, welcome desk operations, special events, customer service delivery, Pro Shop retail sales, equipment checkout, guest pass program, budget, maintenance, and assessment. This person serves on the department Management Team, providing leadership to Coordinators and Graduate Assistants, and assisting with strategic planning efforts and
