The William & Mary Department of Campus Recreation is seeking applicants for a new Assistant Director of Student Development and Marketing to join our inclusive and collaborative team. The Assistant Director will support Campus Recreation’s approximately 300 student employees by providing strategic leadership and operational oversight in the areas of student staff development, marketing, facilities, and events management. The Assistant Director will train and advise student employees on policies and procedures and will work closely with colleagues across the university to promote opportunities available to students, staff, and the campus community as a whole.  Examples of day-to-day duties include but are not limited to Managing and overseeing in-person promotional o
