Montana State University seeks a dynamic Member Services and Promotion Coordinator. This position will be a crucial part of creating and managing the member services and promotions processes and infrastructure within the brand new Student Wellness Center, a 185,000 square foot facility that will be home to Recreational Sports & Fitness, Student Health Services, Health Advancement and Counseling & Psychological Services.

This is a brand new chapter for our department as we have a new building coming and new department leadership. Come join us!

New Student Wellness Center Being Built

Duties to include:

• Coordinate member and guest operations such as customer service, access control, equipment check out, locker rental, program registration
• Supervise, manage, and mentor student employees (25-30 member services students)
• Foster a welcoming and inclusive user experience
• Manage point of sale systems: credit card transactions, electronic funds transfer (EFT) procedures, payroll deduction and cash handling procedures in compliance with University Procurement and Payroll offices
• Contribute to department wide operations and strategic planning such as budget processes, assessment, data tracking, student development initiatives, special events and outreach
• Serve as primary marketing and promotions liaison for department of Recreational Sports & Fitness, within Student Wellness Marketing collaborative. Contribute to area marketing processes.
• Participate on departmental, area, divisional or university committees as needed
