Under the direction of the Recreation Manager, performs various tasks as necessary to provide recreation services to the St. George Community. Assists the Outdoor Recreation Supervisor in providing overall leadership and direction for St. George Outdoors. Serves as a lead staff while providing feedback and coaching for all other instructors to ensure a quality culture within the program. The Outdoor RecreationCoordinator will be competent and capable at leading all programs run by St. George Outdoors including; bouldering, rock climbing, rappelling, mountain biking, kayaking, paddle boarding, and canoeing.Contributes to the growth of St George Outdoors through the creation and implementation of new programs and class offerings.
