The Department of Athletics & Recreation is seeking an Assistant Director of Facilities and Aquatics, which is a specialized position, unique to Johns Hopkins, responsible for managing all aspects of the Ralph S. Connor Recreation Center and the Aquatic Center. Individual will manage all facets of daily facility operations which include supervising full-time employees and student workers, creating/maintaining the EAP and acting as the liaison to campus entities as needed to provide security and safety for the above mentioned facilities.  Specific Duties & Responsibilities: Responsible for managing daily operations of the Ralph S. Connor Recreation Center (open Monday through Sunday 114 hours/week).  Responsible for schedulin
