As a member of the Campus Recreation leadership team, the Assistant Director of Experiential Programs oversees the administration and organization of a comprehensive high low ropes program, known as Team Up, the culinary program, climbing wall, outdoor programs, and department student staff training and development. The Assistant Director articulates overall mission for these programs in addition to developing and promoting the shared vision that drives departmental, divisional, and institutional priorities and the ongoing organization of work.
