Job Summary/Basic Function: Key member of management team. Coordinate business processes for Stromberg Complex including: daily deposits and cash reports, accounts receivable, procurement, financial account review & reconciliation, P-Card expense reconciliation, prepare ad hoc financial & budget reports, prepare & analyze activity reports to evaluate trends & challenges, manage day-to-day facility operations and coordinate set-up & management of special events. Develop plans to understand & build customer relationships. Assist in establishing goals & objectives for facility operations. Customer service and problem resolution.
Required Qualifications: Bachelor degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
2 years of accounting or business office experience
Proficiency with MS Office (Word & Excel)
Preferred Qualifications: Experience coordinating special events. Experience in recreation facility management and programming. Current certification – American Red Cross First Aid and CPR/AED. Supervisory experience. Strong communication skills, both oral & written.
