InnoSoft was founded in 2006 and the first version of Fusion was released in September 2008. The company was started by Brian Foster and Jeff Berg, two tech entrepreneurs with a shared love of competitive sports and software development. From a basement in Waterloo, Ontario, InnoSoft expanded to become the market leader in campus recreation software. We’re looking for an Inside Sales Specialist to join our Sales Team at InnoSoft. Working for Innosoft means being creative and adaptive. You will enjoy working with a dynamic, energetic, and passionate team that helps lead the way in our industry of recreation management software. We’re on the lookout for a forward-thinking individual with a passion for sales and client-relationship management.
What you will do as an Inside Sales Specialist:
Identify opportunities for new business channels and accounts, then define strategies to penetrate and increase sales
Develop new accounts through prospecting, networking, cold-calling, and referrals
Enhance current relationships within our existing customer base and develop new relationships by creating value, managing expectations, delivering exceptional levels of support, and demonstrating a customer-centric attitude.
Provide sales support to existing accounts
Work with customers on renewals of licensing agreements
Maintain and enhance product/technical knowledge in the recreation software industry
Conduct proactive outgoing sales calls
Attend industry conferences and trade shows
Conduct product demos
What We’re looking for:
Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in business administration or similar
Prior experience working in a Campus Recreation setting and/or utilizing Fusion is an asset
Experience in selling software solutions and/or working in a fitness/recreation setting is an asset, but not required
Excellent interpersonal, listening, and oral/written communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Excellent knowledge of sales practices and principals
Strong knowledge of MS Office suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Previous experience with online meeting tools (i.e. Zoom) sales CRM (i.e. Salesforce) and other software platforms
Integrity and reliability
Ability to learn, think, and respond on the fly
Ability to work effectively both individually and as a team
