Position Summary The Sports Center Coordinator is responsible for the oversight, implementation and quality of the Odessa College Sports Center Aquatic and Fitness facilities, staff and programs.  Responsibilities Plan and implement regularly scheduled in-service trainings for staff; and ensure all staff have current certifications and comply with Odessa College employee policy and procedures.
