Coordinator Challenge Course and Climbing Wall Operations Reporting to the Assistant Director of Outdoor Recreation, the Coordinator of Challenge Course and Climbing Wall Operations assists in oversight of a comprehensive outdoor recreation program. This position directly oversees the day-to-day operations, and program facilitation of the UREC Challenge Course and Climbing Wall.   GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THIS POSITION INCLUDE: Responsible for outreach, planning, organization, facilitation and evaluation of challenge course and team building programs. Oversight of the daily operations and inspection, maintenance, and evaluation of the indoor climbing wall. Hire, train, supervise and support student
