Reporting to the Director for Lerner Health & Wellness Center, the Lerner Staffing Coordinator will be responsible for the following: Create and/or manage an ongoing recruitment process for various departmental student and temporary positions to ensure a steady flow of hires in the onboarding process. Recruit, hire, train, schedule, and evaluate facility operations staff to include front desk staff, student facilities assistants, and manager on duty. Approximately 100 students annually. Plan, staff, and schedule Lerner Health and Wellness Center for full operation throughout the year.
